Planning Jackson’s birthday was so much fun. Everything was DIY(Do It Yourself) and I loved how it turned out.

6 Days New{Baby Charlotte’s Welcome to the World}

Posted on February 20, 2012

I was so excited to meet this sweetie. She is the newest addition to the family of our dear friends. I have photographed them and their first little girl over the last year and am so excited as I continue to follow their growing family. Charlotte was amazing. So sweet and beautiful. In the beginning she followed in the footsteps of her big sister and was checking out the camera. This image reminds me so much of big sis Caroline‘s newborn session.

Later in the session she fell asleep and gave us some precious shots. In between there were some frowns and smiles:)

Love this little hat that mom picked out! It fit perfect with the pink dresser they had:)

Happy Valentine’s Day!{Pinterest Inspired Food Fun}

Posted on February 14, 2012

I LOVE Valentine’s Day. Not the day necessarily but all the cute little heart shaped things that can be made.
I am not usually a pink girl, but for this one day I surround my self with fun pink and red food and goodies:)
With my new obsession, Pinterest (I know I am not the only one, admit it
and then come over and follow my boards) I have found lots of fun things to make and do.
Today I wanted to share our pre Valentine’s Day fun inspired by Pinterest.
Its much more fun to have goodies and play with food on Saturday than on a Tuesday
with work and a busy schedule so we held our Valentine’s Day a little early:)

First for lunch I made heart shape PB&J sandwiches. Jackson loved them and ate every last crumb.

I have also been experimenting with smoothies lately and made a yummy strawberry banana smoothie. It was so creamy and delicious!
And because I love ALL things blue I couldn’t resist adding some blue into the mix:)

Pretty:)

THEN we finished with a super easy to make treat. Pretzels with melted Hershey’s Kiss Hugs and an M&M for color.
EASY and DELICIOUS! You can find more info on how to make these on my Pinterest board.

I hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day and get to spend time with the people you love.

Seniors{Your Dream Session}

Posted on February 7, 2012

Today I wanted to talk a little bit about Senior Sessions and why having your Senior Pictures done with Kristie Bradley Photography will be UNIQUE and FUN!

Part of what makes Senior Sessions my favorite session are picking a location with you{the Senior}. I have lots of ideas and locations scouted and LOVE hearing ideas from my clients as well. I can make pretty much anything work. Good light is very important and I am drawn to locations with lots of color and texture. Hearing ideas from my clients, learning more about your interests and talents is all a part of the experience. I will even help you pick out your outfits. Shopping anyone!?

Included with every session is a Pre-Session Consultation. This is so much fun for me! I get so excited to finally meet my newest Senior client and hear all about your dream session. This is the brainstorming session, the time to ask questions about make-up, hair, and clothing.
I also can offer samples of what you can expect to see from your amazing images!

At the session I am not only there to photograph you, but it is another chance to get to know you, have fun and make you look beautiful/handsome. I make sure every pose and composition is flattering for you and even show  you a few captures during the session! I have even been known to buy a yummy frozen strawberry lemonade during a hot summer session and offer hot chocolate in the cold:)

Even though the previous parts of the Kristie Bradley Photography experience are fun, the order session 1-2 weeks after your session is by far the most exciting. Sharing my art, creative choices and beautiful images with my Seniors always puts a smile on my face! Included in the order session is a fully edited slide show, an online viewing gallery, printed proofs and custom personalized products and wall guides.

So now that you know how it works, let’s see some of the kinds of sessions that are available! Picture time is my favorite on the blog!!

YES, you can have your BFF or even a sibling at your session!

For a few more days KBP is looking for Class of 2013 Spokesmodels. As a part of the KBP Spokesmodel team you will receive a free mini session and be able to earn free product and CASH!
